AKC Golden Retriever Standards

Size Males 23-24 inches in height at withers; females 21½-22½ inches. Weight for males are 65-75 pounds; females are 55-65 pounds. 
Coat Dense and water-repellent with good undercoat. Outer coat firm and resilient, neither coarse nor silky, lying close to body; may be straight or wavy. Coat on head, paws, and front of legs is short and even. Feet and stray hairs may be trimmed. Color Rich, lustrous golden of various shades. 

American Goldens are more golden, light (white) to dark (red). They tend to have a more longer fluffy coat.
English Goldens are white and tend to have a more thicker shorter coat. 

Our Goldens come from a family home. They have great temperments, they are very tolerant to children and other pets. They are very intelligent and take only a few days to house train. They all are checked by the vet to be sure they go to their new homes healthy. Parents have OFA hips & elbows clearances.
